WHAT ARE FLEX PASSES?

A New Castle Playhouse Flex Pass is a cost-effective way to enjoy multiple shows each year, with regular and senior pricing available. The pass lets you choose the performances you want to see—musicals, plays, or both—on dates that fit your schedule. Flex Passes can be purchased through our box office, and we now offer fully digital Flex Passes. With the digital option, you can buy and redeem your benefits conveniently through our online box office.

*Flex Passes must be used during the season they are purchased for. Flex Passes expire at the end of the season.

WHAT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

The Flex 8 package includes 8 admissions to any regular season show during the 2026 season. You can use your admissions on a single show or across multiple shows.

The Flex 4 package includes 4 admissions to any regular season show during the 2026 season. You can use your admissions on a single show or across multiple shows.

HOW TO PURCHASE?

Traditional Flex Pass

  • Call our box office at 724-654-3437 to purchase a traditional Flex Pass or complete the online form and our office will contact you to finalize your purchase.
  • This voucher can be redeemed by purchasing tickets at our physical box office, purchasing tickets via phone, or at the door on show days.
